Organizational Structure
PACTL operates with a collaborative governance structure that emphasizes shared leadership and community participation. Our organizational structure includes:
Our Board of Directors consists of community leaders, professionals, parents, and residents who provide governance and strategic direction for PACTL. The board meets monthly to oversee organizational operations, approve budgets, and guide program development.
Our Advisory Council includes community elders, youth representatives, and subject matter experts who provide guidance on specific initiatives and help ensure our programs remain responsive to community needs.
Since our founding in 2006, we have maintained weekly meetings that serve as forums for community dialogue, project planning, and decision-making.
We organize our work through thematic committees focused on education, health and wellness, economic development, and civic engagement.
Each year, we engage in a comprehensive planning process that involves all stakeholders in setting priorities and establishing goals.
